☆ PAYMENT ☆
・The prices listed on the site are for commissions for personal use only; commercial work is priced differently. Commercial rights to an image will result in an upcharge, require royalties, or both depending on the contract.
・Payment is upfront or can be split 50/50 for commissions over $100; via Paypal only when everything is agreed upon; if not I will not start the commission.
・No refunds unless I cannot finish your commission.☆ WORKFLOW PROCESS ☆I will be sending updates, questions, etc. via e-mail/Discord. You will receive two/three WIPs to see the progress and make additional revisions. Major changes such as different pose must be done in the sketch phase.☆ IMAGE COPYRIGHT ☆
・As the artist, I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.
・The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
・All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If the client wishes to use my work in any of these contexts, the client must discuss this with me first and agree on a commercial license, which may include a commercial licensing fee, royalties, or both.
・Prohibited Actions
Altering my artwork in any way without aquiring explicit permission to do so beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image (i.e. the use of a profile picture), is strictly forbidden. The client may not engage in tracing, collaging, editing or otherwise repurposing my artwork without explicit permission. The client may not claim my artwork as their own, nor as the work of a third party. This is non-negotiable.☆ ADDITIONAL TOS ☆・Do not order any NSFW work if you are below 18 years old. By commissioning NSFW art, You agree to being at least 18 or older.
・My work may not be used for any NFT or NFT-related projects
・My work may not be used for AI generators of any sort. I do not consent to any of my artworks being scraped for the purpose of generating AI imagery or training AI algorithms in any way, shape or form.By commissioning me, you verify that you have read and agree to these terms fully.
